Refund Policy & First-Event Guarantee

The first-event guarantee

We want you to run your event without worrying about the software. So for your first paid event with Asterism:

If Asterism doesn’t work for your first event, we’ll refund you in full.

If, during or after your first event, the Service failed to do what we promised and our support couldn’t resolve it, email support@asterism.events within 14 days of the event and we’ll refund that event’s fee — no lengthy process.

This removes the risk of trying something new for a real camp, and it keeps us honest: if it doesn’t deliver, we don’t keep your money.

Standard refunds

  • Per-event plans: refundable up to 14 days before the event start date. After that, fees are non-refundable as we’ve reserved capacity.
  • Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime; we don’t refund the current period but you keep access until it ends. No auto-charge after cancellation.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full on request.

How to request

Email support@asterism.events with your account email and the event name. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.

What this doesn’t cover

Refunds don’t cover dissatisfaction with outcomes that are within your control (e.g. data you entered, decisions you made using the Service’s suggestions), or events cancelled for reasons unrelated to the Service.
